The Technical Support Dialog

Use the program menu to select Help ▼ Request Technical Support…. You’re required to include your email address, a subject line, and a message along with your request. You can attach up to 5 files - with a total size limit of 4MB - to assist us in understanding your request. You need an internet connection to use this feature.

Depending on which code you’re using, your request will be emailed to the appropriate technical support team, and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can.
